With the founding law no 5662 dates 29.05.2007 the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Muş Alparslan University took its place in higher education. After completing many improvements and transformations over the years it received its first students in political science and public administration in the fall of 2010. Number of education-offering departments in the faculty rose to 3 via acceptation of students to the economics department in 2011 and management in 2013. Later on, International trade and management department was founded in 2018, which received its first students in the fall of 2020.
Currently, the faculty employs 5 professors, 3 associate professors, 17 assistant professors, and 21 research assistants.
